A well-established employment system is used by the center for recruiting new staff either from the university or from the College of Horticulture. The required staff is proposed by the college and approved by the university. The recruitment is done by the College of Horticulture and the final approval is granted by the university. The job agreement is signed by the university to provide a salary to the newly recruited staff.
The research center arranges special technical and management training for newly recruited technicians to improve the management, equipment utilization, and maintenance levels of the research center.
Personnel evaluation is carried out by the College Professor Committee on a yearly basis.
