1.基本信息
陈书霞,女,博士,教授,博士生导师,陕西省蔬菜工程技术中心主任。1995年本科毕业,1997-2000年在维多利亚vic115优惠大厅蔬菜专业攻读硕士学位,2000.7获农学硕士学位;2003年在维多利亚vic115优惠大厅蔬菜专业攻读博士学位,2003.7获农学博士学位;2010年1月至2011年1月在德国哥廷根大学植物病理与分子生物学系作访问学者一年。2016年11至2017年3月在美国威斯康星麦迪逊分校做访问学者。主持国家自然基金、国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题、科技部支撑计划子课题、陕西省农业科技创新驱动项目、陕西省攻关项目等科研项目。
2.研究方向
在科学研究方面,重点开展了黄瓜醛类香气形成的分子机理、黄瓜重要农艺性状基因克隆和分子标记开发、黄瓜相关防御基因参与生物和非生物胁迫的分子机理及黄瓜种质资源研究和评价、果菜类土传病害的环境友好型防治技术等。
3. 开设课程
承担本科生《园艺学概论》、《蔬菜栽培学原理》、《园艺植物栽培学》、《蔬菜栽培学各论》、《园田技能训练》、《蔬菜综合实习》等课程;研究生课程《园产品安全生产》等。
4.主要学术成果
先后主持国家自然基金、国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题、科技部支撑计划子课题、陕西省农业科技创新驱动项目、陕西省攻关项目、西安市及榆林市科技计划项目、校青年骨干支持计划、科研业务费及唐仲英大蒜育种基金等科研项目等,参加葱姜蒜公益性行业专项等多项国家级及省部级项目。
近年来主持的科研项目:
(1)黄瓜转录因子CsMADS-RIN调控脂氧合酶基因CsLOX09及CsLOX23参与醛类香气形成的分子机理,经费来源:国家自然科学基金。主持
(2)黄瓜CC型谷氧还蛋白CsGRX1负调控灰霉病抗性反应的分子机制(31772335)经费来源:国家自然科学基金。主持
(3)黄瓜脂氧合酶基因CsLOX02和CsLOX08在C9醛类香气合成中的功能解析(31572143)经费来源:国家自然科学基金。主持
(4)国家重点研发计划项目“黄瓜醛类香气形成的分子机理和调控”子课题,主持
(5)陕西省农业科技创新驱动项目“设施果菜茬口安排及高效模式集成与应用”,主持
(6)宁夏自治区重大科研项目专题子课题“设施蔬菜丰产增效与健康生产技术研究”,主持

在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文40多篇。副主编全国高等农林院校十三五规划教材1部,主编校级教材1部,参编研究生教材1部;参编蔬菜高产栽培关键技术的专著1本。获批国家实用新型专利1项,制定地方标准3项。
