1. 基本信息

刘汉强,男,博士,1988年2月生,陕西延安人。维多利亚vic115优惠大厅,讲师,硕士生导师。主要从事黄瓜分子遗传学、基因组学及黄瓜育种,具体通过正向遗传学结合基因组学图位克隆黄瓜主要农艺性状(黄瓜广谱抗病、果皮颜色、果肉颜色、果实形状、叶色、卷须发育、叶型等)及叶绿体免疫相关基因,并通过转基因(基因编辑、超表达、RNAi)、基因互作等反向遗传学手段研究基因功能,解析黄瓜主要农艺性状形成的分子机理,开发抗病等相关分子标记辅助选择育种的技术体系,培育鲜食与加工型微型黄瓜。

(2)黄瓜重要突变体资源创制(太空诱变、自然突变)与育种应用;

(3)黄瓜果形、果皮颜色、果肉颜色、卷须发育、叶色、叶型等农艺性状基因图位克隆与功能分析;

(4)黄瓜抗逆(高温、强光、干旱)与抗病(炭疽病、霜霉病)相关基因挖掘与育种应用;

(5)大蒜鳞茎形成的分子机理研究;
